EOS4: Unique features and a comprehensive range

EOS4 is a compact Safety light curtain range with competitive performance and innovative features. Includes models with integrated Safety functions such as self-monitoring static outputs, control of external contactors (EDM), and selectable automatic or manual restart. 2 Safety PNP static outputs. Easy connection and installation thanks to the M12 connectors and the use of unshielded cables up to 100 meters.

No blind area on one side

Minimal blind area on connector side. The protected area extends until the light curtain end maintaining the resolution.L-mounted light curtains maintain 40 mm resolution (hand detection) in corner (models with resolution 30 and 40 mm).

The position of first beam ensures that the sensitive area extends to end of the light curtain. The protected area extends until the light curtain end, maintaining the resolution

Connections

All electrical connections made using M12 5-pole connectors except for Master receivers which require the use of M12 8-pole connectors.

Pre-wired cables with twin connectors are available for the connection between Master and Slave.

Built-in control functions

  • Selectable manual/automatic Start/Restart.
  • Integrated feedback input, with selectable enabling, for external relays monitoring (EDM).
