Reporting Vulnerabilities

Reporting Vulnerabilities Related to Data Security or Cybersecurity in ReeR Products

As some of our components may be integrated into critical systems, we kindly request that any discovered vulnerabilities be reported to us in a responsible manner.
If you identify a potential vulnerability or an issue related to cybersecurity or data protection, it is important to report it as soon as possible. This will allow our team sufficient time to develop appropriate solutions before any public disclosure.

In such cases, please contact us at psirt@reer.it, indicating whether the incident is related to the ReeR website, a specific product, or a data protection issue. The email should include the following information:

• A brief summary title of the issue;
• Affiliation: your organisation or institution, if applicable;
• Product name, including version and/or serial numbers;

• Description of the vulnerability;
• Instructions on how to reproduce the issue, if possible.

Vulnerability reports should be encrypted using the following Public Key in order to protect sensitive information.
