Bei diesem Maschinentyp findet eine Interaktion zwischen dem Bediener und der Maschine nur in der Phase des Einlegens des Halbzeugs in das entsprechende Fach statt [3].<\/p>\n<p>Der Schutz des Bedieners wird sowohl in der reinen Betriebsphase durch:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eine <strong>Plexiglas-Trennwand<\/strong> als physischer Schutz [4]<\/li>\n<li>Eine immaterielle Barriere, die durch einen Sicherheitslichtvorhang ReeR <strong>EOS4 453 X<\/strong> (Typ 4 Sicherheitsbarriere, L\u00e4nge 450 mm, Handaufl\u00f6sung) realisiert wird.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die in der Kontrolle oder Wartung durch:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Transparente seitliche<\/strong> Zugangst\u00fcren zu den einzelnen Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t<div id=\"text-814301068\" class=\"text cutom-ul\">\n\t\t\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Betriebsphase jedes Arbeitsplatzes kann der Bediener die Starttaste [5] dr\u00fccken und damit die Tischdrehung aktivieren. Die Plexiglas-Trennwand hebt sich, um die Drehung zu erm\u00f6glichen, und senkt sich dann, damit der Bediener das Werkst\u00fcck sicher einlegen kann. W\u00e4hrend dieser Ladephase wird die Sicherheitsbarriere vor\u00fcbergehend deaktiviert, um den Vorgang zu erleichtern. Wenn die Stirnwand hochgefahren ist, bleibt der Sicherheitslichtvorhang EOS4 von ReeR Spa aktiv, um die Maschine sofort zu stoppen, wenn er die Anwesenheit eines Objekts feststellt, wodurch der Schutz induktiven PI-SAFE-Sensoren, die eine sichere, ber\u00fchrungslose Erkennung von Metallobjekten erm\u00f6glichen, wie in den Normen EN 60947-5-3, IEC 61508 und ISO 13849 so dass der Bediener ein neues Halbzeug in den Drehtischraum einlegen kann. Bei ge\u00f6ffneter Stirnwand und in Bewegung befindlichem Drehteller ist die Schranke aktiviert und stoppt die Maschine, falls ein Objekt erkannt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Die Sicherheit des Bedieners wird au\u00dferdem durch <strong>MAGNUS RFID-Sensoren<\/strong> gew\u00e4hrleistet, die \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, ob die Seitent\u00fcren geschlossen sind. Ein versehentliches \u00d6ffnen einer T\u00fcr f\u00fchrt zum sofortigen Anhalten der Maschine und verhindert eine Gef\u00e4hrdung des
