Der Produktionszyklus ist vollst\u00e4ndig automatisiert, erfordert jedoch die Anwesenheit des Bedieners in zwei strategischen Phasen: dem anf\u00e4nglichen Beladen und dem endg\u00fcltigen Entladen des Produkts. Die durchschnittliche Zykluszeit f\u00fcr jedes Teil betr\u00e4gt etwa 35 Sekunden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zone 1 &#8211; Erstes Laden und Vormontage:<\/strong> Der Bediener l\u00e4dt die Komponenten manuell in eine Rotationsschwei\u00dfmaschine. Nach dem Hinzuf\u00fcgen der Dichtung wird das Teil auf eine Palette gelegt, die sich dann auf den Weg durch die Fertigungslinie macht. Die Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle ist in den Prozess integriert. Bei einer Verklemmung eines Bauteils wird nicht die gesamte Linie angehalten, sondern nur der betroffene Teil, so dass die Kontinuit\u00e4t des Produktionszyklus gew\u00e4hrleistet ist;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zone 3 &#8211; Pr\u00fcfung und Kennzeichnung:<\/strong> In dieser Phase werden die pneumatische und elektrische Dichtheit, die Durchgangspr\u00fcfung und die Dichtheitspr\u00fcfung durchgef\u00fchrt. Die konformen Komponenten werden mit einer Lasermarkierung versehen, um die R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zone 4 &#8211; Sortierung:<\/strong> Das System f\u00fchrt eine automatische Sortierung zwischen konformen und abgelehnten Bauteilen durch, mit der M\u00f6glichkeit, den Grund f\u00fcr die Ablehnung zu kategorisieren (elektrische Defekte, falsche Montage, Testfehler usw.);<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zone 5 &#8211; Endkontrolle und Verpacken:<\/strong> Der Bediener f\u00fchrt eine Endkontrolle durch, liest die Data Matrix, \u00fcberpr\u00fcft das Vorhandensein aller erwarteten Komponenten und bringt Schutzkappen an. Danach sind die Produkte versandfertig;<\/p>\n<p>ede Zone ist so konzipiert, dass sie unabh\u00e4ngig arbeitet: Im Falle einer St\u00f6rung oder eines Wartungsbedarfs an einem bestimmten Punkt kann nur die betroffene Zone angehalten werden, ohne dass der gesamte Prozess beeintr\u00e4chtigt wird.
